Bộ điều khiển đèn LED hồng ngoại MPQ7231

Trình điều khiển đèn LED hồng ngoại MPQ7231 của Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) cung cấp trình điều khiển đèn LED hồng ngoại (IR), dòng cố định với các tính năng an toàn mắt tích hợp. Bộ điều khiển đèn LED này có khoảng điện áp đầu vào hoạt động từ 6V đến 42V và phù hợp để điều khiển một hoặc hai đèn LED IR. Trình điều khiển đèn LED MPQ7231 được cấu hình theo chế độ tăng áp hoặc hạ áp và đạt được dòng đỉnh lên tới 3A và 2.4A (ILED _ PEAK) tương ứng. Các bộ điều khiển này sử dụng công nghệ FET BCD tiên tiến để giảm thiểu thất thoát Ohm để cung cấp MOSFET điện trở siêu thấp với 44 mΩ (HS-FET) và 40 mΩ (LS-FET). Các ứng dụng điển hình bao gồm Hệ thống Giám sát Trình điều khiển (DMS), Chiếu sáng IR cho camera ô tô và hệ thống giám sát.
