The device enables voltage regulator designs to deliver up to 60A continuous current per phase. Vishay Semiconductors SiC621CD 60A VRPower Integrated Power Stage significantly reduces switching and conduction losses, utilizing the state-of-the-art Gen IV TrenchFET technology. The SIC621CD combines a zero current detect to improve light load efficiency, an integrated bootstrap Schottky diode, adaptive dead-time control, and an advanced MOSFET gate driver IC that features high current driving capability.
