TPS53676EVM Controller Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments TPS53676EVM Controller Evaluation Module (EVM) allows users to evaluate the TPS53676 controller. The controller is dual channel (6+0, 6+1 or 5+2 phases), D-CAP+ synchronous buck driverless control with PMBus Interface. The device operates using a voltage supply between 4.5V and 17V. The controller allows programming and monitoring via the PMBus interface. For ease of evaluation, the Texas Instruments TPS53676EVM requires only one (12V) input supply and an output load to get started with testing. However, the user can opt to independently provide 5V for greater control over the power stage voltage. With the addition of the Fusion Digital Power™ Designer software, the evaluation module's PMBus™ interface allows access to the controller NVM for evaluation of additional configuration, control and monitoring possibilities.
