Si822x / Si823x ISOdrivers

Silicon Labs Si823x and Si822x ISOdrivers are single chip, isolated gate drivers based on the Silicon Labs proprietary RF isolation technology. Si822x and Si823x ISOdrivers feature ultra-fast 50 ns propagation delays that enable increased timing margins and higher system efficiency, more stable operation over temperature and time, and lower BoM costs and PCB footprints compared to optocoupler or discrete gate drive transformer solutions. The Silicon Labs Si822x features 0.5 or 2.5 A peak drive current. The Si823x features 0.5 or 4.0 A peak drive current. These Silicon Labs ISOdrivers also include overlap protection and dead-time control and are certified up to 5 kVrms across the full industrial temperature range.
