RA8D2 Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RA8D2 Microcontrollers feature the Arm^® Cortex^®-M85 and -M33 cores, delivering a breakthrough performance of up to 7300 Coremark, and fully deterministic, low-latency, real-time operation that meets the most demanding application requirements. The RA8D2 are ultra-high-performance, general-purpose, and graphics MCUs as part of the 2nd generation of the RA8 Series. The RA8D2 is based on the 22nmULL process and increases performance by a magnitude of 1GHz on the CM85 core and 250MHz on the CM33 core.
