PF-SRC50E Semiconductor Power Fuses

Bourns PF-SRC50E Semiconductor Power Fuses are designed to protect semiconductor devices against overcurrent conditions. These fuses offer a compact design, bolt-down mounting, and compliance with UL 248-13 and IEC 60269-4. The PF-SRC50E fuses offer interrupting ratings up to 100kA, a power loss range of 7.6W to 26.7A, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Bourns PF-SRC50E Semiconductor Power Fuses are suitable for use in power inverters, converters, rectifiers, AC/DC drives, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and reduced voltage motor starters.
