The STMicroelectronics TSZ182H1 offers rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 3MHz gain bandwidth. The device consumes 1mA at 5V. The device operates over an extended range of -40 to +175°C and features an ultra-low input bias current.

The device operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +150°C and features an ultra-low input bias current. These features make the TSZ181H/TSZ182H is ideal for high-accuracy high-bandwidth sensor interfaces for the automotive environment.
