AH352x Hall-Effect Omnipolar Switches

The Diodes Incorporated AH352x operates between 3.0V and 28V, making the device ideal for demanding applications. The chopper stabilized architecture, internal bandgap regulator, and reverse blocking diode with Zener clamp ensure reliable performance across the entire operating range. The output includes overcurrent limit and a Zener clamp for added protection.
