OPB420 Series Slotted Optical Switches
Optek / TT Electronics OPB420 Series Slotted Optical Switches includes an infrared emitting diode (LED) and a phototransistor in an L-shape, or right angle package. The configuration of the OPB420 allows for an opaque object to block the light beam from multiple directions, including the X-, Y-, and Z-axes. This Optek device is ideal for a variety of applications, including low paper tray sensors, corner sensors, door sensors, tray sensors, printers, copy machines, paper and mail sorting equipment, amusement gaming equipment, and medical equipment.
