ABLIC S-19213/S-19214 Voltage Regulators

ABLIC S-19213/S-19214 Voltage Regulators feature a high-withstand voltage, low current consumption, and high-accuracy output voltage. These voltage regulators have a built-in low on-resistance output transistor, which provides a very small dropout voltage and a large output current. The S-19213/S-19214 voltage regulators include a built-in overcurrent-protection circuit to limit the overcurrent of the output transistor. These voltage regulators also feature a built-in thermal shutdown circuit to limit heat and an ON/OFF circuit. The S-19213/S-19214 voltage regulators are lead-free, halogen-free, and operate within the -40°C to 125°C temperature range. Typical applications include automotive and constant-voltage power supply for electrical applications for vehicle interiors and home electric appliances.
