This IC features and integrated load switch that provides robust, overcurrent protection to downstream circuit systems and comes with built-in overvoltage protection (OVP). The LS0505EVD22 will immediately turn off in the event of input overvoltage, protecting the downstream system from the stress of excessive, high voltage.
