Littelfuse TP5KP 5000W TVS Diodes
Littelfuse TP5KP 5000W Transient Voltage Suppression (TVS) Diodes are AEC-Q101 automotive-grade devices designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. TP5KP TVS diodes feature 5000W peak pulse capability at 10/1000μs waveform and offer 1.0ps fast response time from 0V to BV minimum. This Littelfuse TVS diode series provides a -55 to +150°C operating junction temperature range. TP5KP is ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in telecommunications, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.
