Microchip Technology OX-601 Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillators (OCXO)
Microchip Technology OX-601 Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillators (OCXO) provide an excellent combination of small size, low power, fast warm-up time, and stability under airflow. The OX-601 features tight stability of ±10ppb over-temperature, ±3ppm over 10 years aging, and ±2ppb/C frequency slope. The device is available in a small 7.4mm × 9.6mm package and operates with an extended temperature range of -40°C to +95°C.
The OX-601 Crystal Oscillators are based on proprietary ASIC development, thermal management, and performance-proven crystal stability. The OX–601 bridges the gap between AT-cut-based TCXOs and larger OCXO designs.
