Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4423C Synchronous Buck Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4423C Synchronous Buck Converters are high-frequency, rectified, step-down, and switch-mode converters with integrated internal power MOSFETs. These converters feature a 4V to 36V operating input voltage range, 6A peak output current, 2.2MHz switching frequency, and 0.8V adjustable output. The MPQ4423C buck converters provide a synchronous mode that offers high efficiency across the IOUT load range and peak current control mode for fast transient response. These protection features include Over-Current Protection (OCP) with hiccup mode, output Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), and thermal shutdown. Typical applications include automotive infotainment systems, wireless chargers, and USB Power Delivery (PD).
