ROHM Semiconductor BD74C32FV-C Automotive Quad 2-Input OR Gate

ROHM Semiconductor BD74C32FV-C Automotive Quad 2-Input OR Gate is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V power supply voltage operation. During power down, the output tolerant circuit protects the output circuit from the backflow current through the connected system. This OR gate features 10μA maximum low current consumption and 12ns maximum propagation delay (at 3V). The BD74C32FV-C is available in a 5mm x 6.4mm x 1.35mm dimension in a SSOP-B14 package. This OR gate is ideal for automotive applications.
