Texas Instruments ADS129xR 24-Bit Analog Front-End Devices
Texas Instruments ADS1294R, ADS1296R, and ADS1298R 8-channel, 24-bit Analog Front-End (AFE) devices for biopotential measurements offer high levels of integration and exceptional performance. These features enable the development of scalable medical instrumentation systems at significantly reduced size, power, and overall cost. TI ADS1294R, ADS1296R, and ADS1298R devices are multichannel, simultaneous sampling, 24-bit, delta-sigma Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) with built-in Programmable Gain Amplifiers (PGAs), internal reference, and an onboard oscillator. These devices also feature integrated respiration impedance measurements. The ADS129xR front-end devices incorporate all of the features that are commonly required in medical electrocardiogram (ECG) and electroencephalogram (EEG) applications. The ADS1294R, ADS1296R, and ADS1298R AFEs operate at data rates as high as 32kSPS, allowing the implementation of software PACE detection.Features
