Vishay Semiconductors SiP32104 6.5mΩ Bidirectional Switch

Vishay Semiconductors SiP32104 6.5mΩ Bidirectional Switch is designed for efficient power management. The Vishay Semiconductors SiP32104 isolates A and B ports in the off state and features an ultra-low 6.5mΩ typical on-resistance at 3.3V. Operating within a +2.3V to +5.5V input range, the SiP32104 is ideal as a battery-disconnect switch for high-capacity batteries and multi-source power applications requiring bidirectional on/off control.

Both A and B ports conduct current equally well in either direction. The SiP32104 includes slew rate control to minimize inrush current during switching in applications with large load capacitors. The switch is highly efficient and offers low operating and shutdown currents.
