Vishay Dual High Voltage TMBS® Rectifiers utilize advanced Trench MOS Schottky technology to deliver exceptional performance. The Vishay rectifiers feature a low forward voltage drop and minimal power losses. These rectifiers boast high-efficiency operation, making them an ideal choice for various applications. The rectifiers can withstand solder bath temperatures of up to 275°C for 10 seconds per JESD 22-B106. These TMBS rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified, with an automotive ordering code of base P/N HM3, making them ideal for automotive applications.
