Wolfspeed 1700V Silicon Carbide MOSFETs
Wolfspeed 1700V Silicon Carbide MOSFETs offer higher switching, system efficiency, and power density for next-generation power conversion. Wolfspeed Silicon Carbide technology allows for smaller designs, cooler components, decreased component size (inductors, capacitors, filters, and transformers), and overall cost benefits. The Wolfspeed 1700V SiC MOSFETs supply multiple 12V to 48V devices with reduced cooling conditions.
