The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MIE05W0505 modules integrate power MOSFETs, a transformer, and a feedback circuit in a single chip, providing excellent performance while saving space. The module maintains a regulated output voltage (3.3V or 5V) by switching on when the output drops, restoring the voltage to its target level.
