Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) EVM54322-PB-00A Evaluation Board showcases the features of the MPM54322 dual 3A power module. The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) module integrates a high-efficiency step-down DC/DC converter, two inductors, and selected passive components in one package. The two outputs can be paralleled for up to 6A of output current. The device includes active balancing for equal current sharing between outputs during parallel operation. The module also features a configurable low-dropout (LDO) regulator delivering up to 500mA of ultra-low noise output. The MPM54322 uses constant-on-time (COT) control for fast transient response and reduced output capacitance.
