The Infineon Technologies PMG1-S3 features up to 28V at 5A (140W). This advancement enhances the PMG1 family with 256KB flash, 32KB SRAM, 50 GPIOs, USB device control, a Crypto engine for authentication, and analog resources (ADC, OpAmp, comparators, CAPSENSE™). The EZ-PD PMG1 family provides a cohesive firmware view with an SDK in ModusToolbox™, a user-friendly software suite facilitating the swift development of Infineon MCUs. The EZ-PD PMG1-S3 offers an integrated solution for PC docks, IoT, and industrial uses like energy storage and e-bikes, benefiting from 140W charging via the USB Type-C connector.
