QPA3070 150W RF Amplifiers

Qorvo QPA3070 150W RF Amplifiers are high-power S-band amplifiers. These amplifiers offer 52dBm saturated output power and a 2.9GHZ to 3.5GHz frequency range. The QPA3070 RF amplifiers are 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer to ensure compliance with electrical specifications. Typical applications include electronic warfare and radar.
