Xeon® Second Generation Scalable Gold Processors

Intel® Xeon® Second Generation Scalable Gold Processors are 64-bit, multicore server microprocessors built on 14nm lithography process technology. The processors are based on the Cascade Lake microarchitecture that allows for higher clock speeds.
