Vishay eSMP® SMF Schottky Rectifiers
Vishay eSMP® SMF Schottky Rectifiers feature a low-profile package for surface-mounted applications, making them ideal for automated placement. These rectifiers provide low power loss and high efficiency with an oxide planar chip junction. Vishay eSMP SMF Schottky Rectifiers meet the JESD 201 class 2 whisker test, and AEC-Q101-qualified versions are available. Typical uses include high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, as well as polarity protection in commercial, industrial, and automotive applications.
