OptoMOS 1-Form-A (SPST-NO) Solid State Relays

Littelfuse offers an extensive portfolio of 1-Form-A (SPST-NO) Solid State Relays (SSRs) in various PC board-mount package sizes. These relays feature load current ratings from 50mA to 9A (20A with heat sink), and 30V to 1000V load voltage ratings. 1-Form-A relays are available in SOP-4, SIP-4, SMD DIP-4, SMD DIP-6, SOIC-16, Power i4-PAC, and ISOPLUS-264 packages. Fault-protected SSRs with active current limit and thermal shutdown are also available from Littelfuse to offer robust and rugged switching solutions.

CPC2907B 60V Solid State Relay

IXYS CPC2907B 60V 2A Dual Solid State Relay (SSR) comprises two independent, optically coupled, bidirectional MOSFET switches. This normally open (1-Form-A), dual OptoMOS Relay provides a more compact design solution than discrete single-pole relays in a variety of applications, saving board space by incorporating both switches in a single 8-pin surface mount package. When the IXYS CPC2907B SSR is in single-pole mode, each switch is capable of 2A continuous load current at +25°C. Concurrent operation of both of the CPC2907B poles allows up to 1.7A continuous load current through each switch, with an input to output isolation of 4000V_rms. Each switch operates with a 5mA infrared LED input control current. The CPC2907B is offered in a compact, 8-pin Power SOIC package.
