IX4310T Low-Side MOSFET Gate Driver

IXYS IX4310T Low-Side MOSFET Gate Driver is designed to drive MOSFETs in power supplies, motor controllers, power inverters, and similar applications. The IX4310T has an output capable of sourcing and sinking 2A of peak current and has a voltage input range of 5V to 24V. The input of the IX4310T Gate Driver is TTL and CMOS logic compatible. This device features undervoltage-lockout (UVLO), making it ideal for use in switched-mode power supplies (SMPS).

Low Side Gate Driver ICs

IXYS Integrated Circuits offers an extensive portfolio of low-side MOSFET and IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) gate driver ICs. These drivers feature output current ratings from 1.5A to 30A and voltage ratings up to 40V and are available in DIP, SOIC, DFN, TO-220, and TO-263 packages. Automotive-grade AEC-Q100 gate drivers are available with 4A, 5A, 9A, and 14A outputs.
