700 A & B Series Multilayer Capacitors

American Technical Ceramics (ATC) / AVX 700 A & B Series NPO Porcelain and Ceramic Multilayer Capacitors are RF/Microwave capacitors that exhibit improved ESR/ESL performance in a high-density porcelain and ceramic construction that provides a rugged, hermetic package. The 700 A & B Series Multilayer Capacitors from ATC / AVX offer superior high self-resonance and zero TCC characteristic which provides excellent performance over a broad range of RF and microwave applications requiring minimum drift.

RF Products

KYOCERA AVX RF Products include antennas, PA matching, impedance matching and tuning, filtering, diplexers, capacitors, inductors, thermal management, and low/high/band pass filters. KYOCERA AVX RF Products are ideal for medical, instrumentation, tracking, GPS, software-defined radio, 5G communications, and IoT applications. 

Capacitor Solutions

KYOCERA AVX provides a large portfolio of capacitor solutions designed around density, size, and reliability requirements. Common capacitor types include aluminum electrolytic, tantalum electrolytic, ceramic, and film. KYOCERA AVX ceramic capacitors are commonly used in DC-DC converters, which can be found in nearly every subsystem of electric vehicles (EVs). 

High SRF RF/Microwave Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX High SRF RF/Microwave Capacitors offer low ESR/ESL, high Q, low noise, and a 0.1pF to 5100pF capacitance range. The 700A series features a case A size of 0.055" x 0.055", superior high self-resonance, and zero TCC characteristics for excellent performance over a broad range of RF and microwave applications. The 700B series has a case B size of 0.110" x 0.110", porcelain and ceramic construction, and an extended working voltage rating up to 1500VDC. KYOCERA AVX High SRF RF/Microwave Capacitors are ideal for timing power amplifiers, filters, and oscillators.
