L6494 High Voltage High/Low-Side 2A Gate Drivers

STMicroelectronics L6494 High Voltage High/Low-Side 2A Gate Drivers are single chip half-bridge gate drivers for N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs. These high-voltage devices are manufactured with BCD6 "offline" technology. The high-side (floating) section is designed to stand a DC voltage rail up to 500V with 600V transient withstand voltage. The logic inputs are CMOS/TTL compatible down to 3.3V for easy interfacing control units like microcontrollers or DSP.

Motor Drivers

STMicroelectronics Motor Drivers are a wide range of motor drivers covering the requirements of brushed DC motors, stepper motors, and brushless DC motors. The drivers are offered in an extensive range of voltage and current ratings. STMicroelectronics STSPIN motor drivers embed all the functions needed to drive motors efficiently. This is achieved with high accuracy and includes an advanced motion profile generator.

MOSFET & IGBT Gate Drivers

STMicroelectronics MOSFET and IGBT Gate Drivers are discrete devices for industrial, consumer, computer, and automotive applications. The portfolio offers a range of single- to half-bridge and multiple-channel drivers. The drivers are rated for low- or high-voltage (up to 1500V) applications. ST also offers galvanically-isolated gate driver ICs for safety and functional requirements. System-in-Package (SiP) solutions integrate high- and low-side gate drivers and MOSFET-based power stages.
