VL53L8CH Time-of-Flight (ToF) Sensor

STMicroelectronics VL53L8CH Time-of-Flight (ToF) Sensor is an 8x8 multizone sensor that offers improved performance under ambient light. This sensor features a wide 65° diagonal Field of View (FoV) and Compact and Normalized Histogram (CNH) innovative data output for AI applications. The VL53L8CH ToF sensor also features 2cm to 400cm per zone range, up to 60Hz sample rate, and -30°C to 85°C operating temperature range. This sensor integrates a Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser (VCSEL), which emits Class 1 certified and fully invisible 940nm IR light. The VL53L8CH ToF sensor is available in 6.4mm x 3mm x 1.75mm dimensions in an optical LGA16 package.
