Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5142 Silicon SPDT Reflective Switches

Analog Devices ADRF5142 Silicon SPDT Reflective Switches are reflective single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches manufactured in silicon. The ADIADRF5142 performs from 8GHz to 11GHz with a 1.2dB typical insertion loss and a 40dB typical isolation. The device delivers a radio frequency (RF) input power handling capability of 41dBm average power and 46dBm peak power for the insertion loss path. The ADRF5142 draws a low current of 130μA on the positive supply of +3.3V and 500μA on the negative supply of -3.3V. The device utilizes complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS)-/low voltage transistor to transistor logic (LVTTL)-compatible controls. The ADRF5142 needs no additional driver circuitry, which makes it an excellent alternative to GaN and PIN diode-based switches.

The ADRF5142 is housed in a 20-lead, 3.0mm x 3.0mm, RoHS-compliant, land grid array (LGA) package with an operating voltage of -40°C to +85°C.
