Amphenol Sine Systems HYPERBUSS™ ATV Series Receptacles
Amphenol Sine Systems HYPERBUSS™ ATV Receptacle Connectors are available in 18-position receptacles. These connectors are an IP68-rated, high-performance, cost-effective solution used in a variety of interconnect applications where a common "bussed" electrical pathway is required. The HYPERBUSS™ ATV receptacle connectors contain superior environmental seals and seal retention capabilities. All HYPERBUSS™ ATV receptacle connectors are intermateable with standard ATV Series™ plugs, as well as industry-standard connectors.
Buss: a conductor, or a group of conductors, used for collecting electric power from the incoming feeders and distributing it to the outgoing feeders; a type of electrical junction in which all the incoming and outgoing electrical currents meet. Bussed feedback receptacles are used as splice blocks or tap blocks in heavy-duty, transportation, marine, diagnostic, military, alternative energy, and agricultural applications.
