Infineon Technologies EVAL_3K3W_LLC_HB_CFD7 Evaluation Board provides a complete reference design for a 3300W LLC Resonant DC-DC Converter from 400V to 51.5V, achieving 98.1% peak efficiency. The achieved power density is in the range of 4W/cm³ (66W/in³), which is enabled by using SMD packages, the innovative stacked magnetic construction, and the innovative cooling solution. This DC-DC Converter demonstrates the feasibility of HB LLC as a high-efficiency topology for a 3.3kW converter at the level of full-bridge LLC or dual-stage LLC when combined with other Infineon devices with the benchmark low R_DS(on)and low parasitics.
