The Board achieves overall best-in-class performance using a mix of proper control techniques and best-in-class power device selection. Key Infineon products used to achieve this performance level includes an 600V CoolMOS™ CFD7 SJ MOSFET, a EiceDRIVER™ 2EDN advanced dual-channel gate driver IC, a OptiMOS™ 5 80V synchronous rectification MOSFETs, an XMC™ microcontroller and an auxiliary supply solution featuring off-line SMPS current mode controller IC with an integrated 800 V CoolMOS™ device.
