TLE Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors

Panasonic TLE POSCAP™ Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors offer up to 6.3V rated voltage, a rated capacitance range of 100μF to 330μF, and high durability under a high temperature of +125°C at 2000 hours. The small surface-mount package has dimensions of only 3.5mm x 2.8mm x 1.9mm (L x W x H). These capacitors utilize sintered tantalum as an anode system and highly conductive polymer created via Panasonic's unique method as a cathode system. The series provides high reliability, low equivalent series resistance (ESR), high characteristic stability, and RoHS compliance.
