SP0115 Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diodes

Littelfuse SP0115 Bidirectional Discrete TVS Diodes are 1V general-purpose ESD protection devices. These TVS diodes feature low breakdown/turn-on voltages, making them ideal protectors of low voltage -1V to 1V data lines. The SP0115TVS diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level-4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. These robust diodes are available in DFN1610 or SOD882 packages that are Halogen-free, lead-free, and RoHS-compliant.
