CY15FRAMKIT-002 F-RAM Development Kit

Infineon Technologies CY15FRAMKIT-002 F-RAM Development Kit can be used to understand and evaluate the features of serial F-RAMs (SPI and QSPI). The development kit is an add-on board containing a 4Mbit EXCELON™ Ultra QSPI F-RAM. It has four Arduino UNO-compatible connectors and connects to either an ST NUCLEO-L433RC-P MCU Evaluation Board or an Arduino UNO R3 compatible board for SPI evaluation. It also provides two 19x2 Morpho headers (J9 and J10) compatible with an ST NUCLEO-L433RC-P MCU Evaluation Board for QSPI evaluation. The Infineon Technologies CY15FRAMKIT-002 operates using a 1.8V/3.3V power supply. The 3.3V supply comes from the baseboard, and an onboard regulator generates the 1.8V supply.
