The Infineon Technologies KP464XTMA1, KP465XTMA1, and KP466XTMA1 feature micromachining and a seamlessly integrated signal conditioning circuit that utilizes a cutting-edge capacitive sensing principle. The sensors can convert physical pressure into a 10-, 12-, or 14-bit digital value.
