These cold plates are suitable for IGBTs, MOSFETs, wide-bandgap devices, or other high-heat devices. The DIY IGBT cold plates come with an etched "no drill zone" to provide a visual guide to prevent drilling into the I/O ports. These cold plates offer more than 30% improvement in thermal performance and are compatible with industry-accepted coolants. The DIY cold plates are leak-free (100% tested) and offer a compact design and industry-standard threaded ports for hassle-free connections. These cold plates feature uniform surface temperature, low pressure drop, and a maximum pressure of 60psi.
