Si34071 Power over Ethernet (PoE) ICs
Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si34071 Power over Ethernet (PoE) ICs integrate an 802.3bt compliant interface with a high-efficiency DC-DC converter, capable of controlling forward or flyback converters. These converters use Si34071 to achieve over 90% efficiency and deliver full class 8, 71W of power to the system. The Si34071 ICs include a simple, 9600-baud UART interface to the system MCU. These Si34071 PoE ICs deliver high power for 5G small cells, wireless access points, and IoT gateways. These Skyworks Solutions Inc. ICs are available in a small, 32-pin, 5mm x 5mm QFN package.
