TRC Thick Film Resistor/Capacitor Networks

Vishay / Techno TRC Thick Film Resistor / Capacitor Networks feature thick film resistors and NP0 or X7R capacitors for line terminators. The resistor characteristics include a 0.20W power rating, ±150ppm/°C temperature coefficient, and 10Ω to 1M resistance range with ±1%, ±2%, or ±5% resistance tolerance. The capacitor characteristics include 50V_DC capacitance voltage, ±10% or ±20% tolerance, and a capacitance range of 33pF to 3900pF for the NPO dielectric and 470pF to 0.1μF for the X7R variant. These halogen-free modules come in a single-in-line, conformal-coated SIP package, and isolated and bussed schematics are available. Vishay / Techno TRC Thick Film Resistor / Capacitor Networks operate in a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
