EVAL_600W_12V_LLC_P7 Evaluation Board

Infineon EVAL_600W_12V_LLC_P7 Evaluation Board designs a half-bridge LLC stage of a server SMPS with the target to meet 80+ Titanium standard efficiency requirements. The EVAL_600W_12V_LLC_P7 features an accurate driving scheme of both primary and secondary MOSFETs, an optimized magnetic design, and optimal use of CoolMOS™ and OptiMOS™ best-in-class devices. The EVAL_600W_12V_LLC_P7 consists of the 600V CoolMOS™ P7 SJ MOSFET technology on the primary side and OptiMOS™ 40V low voltage power MOSFET in the synchronous rectification secondary stage. The Board also includes QR CoolSET™, EiceDRIVER™ 2EDL hi-low side driver, EiceDRIVER™ 2EDN low side gate driver, and an analog LLC controller.
