STEVAL-TDR Demonstration Boards

The STMicroelectronics STEVAL-TDR line of demonstration boards includes the STEVAL-TDR011V1 two-stage 50W RF power amplifier that includes an output LPF (low-pass filter) for harmonics rejection. The STMicroelectronics STEVAL-TDR011V1 demonstration board also features power detection and a temperature sensor. The main purpose of this demonstration board is to demonstrate the performance of the PD85006L-E and STAP85050 RF power transistors. The STMicroelectronics STEVAL-TDR019V1 is a demonstration board using the PD85004 LDMOS transistor. It is designed for 2-way radio applications.
