Cinch Micro-D Connector Savers
Cinch Micro-D Connector Savers are designed to significantly reduce damage to already mounted connectors during routine system tests. These connector savers eliminate the numerous mating and unmating cycles experienced by connectors on test harnesses. Cinch Micro-D Connector Savers are available in all-plastic or metal shells. Both options are UL 94V-0 rated and feature a plug connector on one end and a socket connector on the other.
The Micro-D tools and hardware include jackscrews, jackposts, nuts, clips, and washers. The jackscrews feature a minimum tensile strength of 125000ps and are built using nonmagnetic corrosion-resistant steel. The jackpost and nuts feature corrosion-resistant steel material per ASTM A484/A484M and either ASTM A276 or ASTM A582/A582M. The clip and washers feature corrosion-resistant steel material per ASTM A484/A484M.
