Infineon Technologies AIDKxS65C5ATMA1 CoolSiC™ Schottky Diodes are 650V 5th generation compact automotive diodes based on thin wafer technology. The Infineon Technologies AIDKxS65C5ATMA1 diodes are available in 8A, 10A, and 12A variants. The CoolSiC™ automotive Schottky diodes have a high surge current capability and benchmark switching behavior. Typical applications include traction inverters, boosters/DC-DC converters, and onboard chargers / Prospective Fault Current (PFC).
