Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC387 3.3V TriCore Application Kit

Infineon Technologies AURIX™ TC387 3.3V TriCore Application Kit incorporates a general-purpose evaluation board that offers limited access to signals for early evaluation purposes. This evaluation board features various communication interfaces such as CAN FD, Gigabit Ethernet, SPI, FlexRay, and LCD XGA display. The TC387 application kit gives access to all IOs available from the LFBGA-292 package of the microcontroller. This application kit enables easy development of applications and comes with an interface for the on-chip debugging features (OCDS1 and DAP). The TC387 application kit allows the development of TriCore applications with corresponding tools, which can be downloaded and tested with powerful debugger software.
