ISSI 8Gb DDR3 SDRAM

ISSI 8Gb DDR3 SDRAM delivers high-speed data transfer rates in a small FBGA-96 package. The SDRAM transfers data with a system frequency of up to 933MHz. ISSI DDR3 SDRAM features 512Mx16 organization and a supply voltage of 1.5V. The SDRAM has 8 internal banks for concurrent operation. Other features include a programmable burst length of 4 or 8 with programmable CAS latency, auto-refresh, and self-refresh modes.
