KEMET T597 125°C Small Size AEC-Q200 Polymer Capacitors feature facedown construction and an ultra-small case size of 3216-12. The T597 series delivers higher capacitance and ESR stability in harsh environments, including those with high humidity and temperature. These devices offer reliability with up to 1000 hours with an 85°C/85% RH load and meet AEC-Q200 qualification testing with a maximum operational temperature life of up to +125°C. The capacitors are manufactured in ISO TS 16949-certified plants and subject to approval processes.
