Luminus Devices CFT-90-W Specialty White LEDs
Luminus Devices CFT-90-W Specialty White LEDs are new generation LEDs with un-lensed monolithic 9mm2 emission area. These specialty white LEDs are targeted to replace high-performance lamp technologies such as Xenon and HID. The CFT-90-W uses latest vertical-chip technology to double the performance through a combination of efficiency gains and increased drive condition. These LEDs can deliver outputs in excess of 5000lm at maximum drive condition and feature 0.45ºC/W thermal resistance.
The CFT-90-W LEDs offer up to 27A DC (110W input power) reliable current operation with excellent brightness maintenance. These RoHS and REACH compliant LEDs are available in 5600K (daylight), 6500K (cool white), and 7800K (stage white) color temperature variants. Typical applications include fiber-illumination applications, medical endoscopes, machine vision, searchlights, spotlights, architectural lighting, and other industrial instrumentation.
