Molex PowerPlane BusBar Power Connectors

Molex PowerPlane BusBar Power Connectors deliver high-current performance and low voltage drop along with various configurations and feature options. The PowerPlane BusBar Power Connectors deliver ±1.00mm alignment to help ensure correct mating and prevent potential damage. A ±3.0mm float in vertical and horizontal directions provides ample gatherability to compensate for misalignment. The components are applicable for a wide range of power distribution applications.

The single- or double-row 213274 Series connectors are vertical mount connectors that offer a 600V rating, 130.0A to 320.0A current range, and Silver (Ag) plated contacts.

The 60.0A Low-Power BusBar Connectors (173708 Series) feature a low-profile design (13.61mm) that delivers a high current rating and eases space constraints. The Molex 173708 Series provides durability for high-mating cycle applications due to a 200-cycle endurance. Gold-plating on the mating surfaces ensure electrical performance and aid in the high mating cycle count.

The 180.0A BusBar Receptacles (172201 Series) feature a right-angle entry of the connector mating with a standard 25.4mm x 3.18mm thick busbar tab. The right-angle style facilitates mating with de facto output blades for typical power supply applications.

The 320.0A Vertical BusBar Connector (45711 Series) mates with a standard 25.4mm x 3.18mm thick busbar tab. The 45711 Series mounts to a busbar via two holes using machined screws (not provided) for a secure fastening. With isolated left and right contacts, true hot-plugging requirements are met.

The 600.0A BusBar Receptacle Assemblies (213191 and 213205 Series) are right-angle through-hole receptacles with 200.0A maximum current per contact, 3.0mm and 3.18mm busbar thickness, with either screw or solder tab mounts.
